However, because we want you to always be satisfied with your purchases from our online store, we are here to serve you, in case you want to change the product. For your best service, we recommend that you contact us by phone before returning the product.
Product Change Conditions
Changes are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive the products.
- The product must be returned intact (labels not removed, not worn and used and not washed), i.e. without any damage or defect (unwanted odors that may be present in the returned product can also be considered as a defect) . Otherwise the product cannot be accepted and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
- Vazzar products do not change, i.e. products with a discount of -50% or more.
- Sale items are only exchanged for sale items.
- If the product is returned, you will be charged the cost of the return shipping and the company will be charged the cost of the new shipment.
- In case of a second (2nd) change, shipping and cash on delivery costs (if any) are charged to you.
- In the rare case of a defective product, since we proceed to a thorough quality control of our products before they are sent to you, you proceed to return the product only by General Post at our expense.
- Refunds are not accepted. In case you do not want to buy a product within fourteen (14) days in order to proceed with the change process, you are given the option to return the product in perfect condition. After we receive your return and the necessary control is done on the returned product, our system is informed of your credit balance equal to the value of the returned product. You can use the credit amount without any time limit for your next purchase! The shipping cost of the new shipment is charged to the business.
- Changes in Cyprus and abroad are charged to the customer.
